Custom-Made Products

All our curtains are custom-made to order based on your selected fabric, size, and specifications. 🚫 Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size due to our error

Return Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Installation and service charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or correction instead of a refund for eligible cases.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation
  • Orders already in production cannot be cancelled

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
